It’s been a minute since I did link dump. I’ve been keeping a bunch of links around just to add to one of these. Originally I told myself I’d it once a month but like, come on. So currently, today, January 12th, we’re a few days into the devastating wild fires in Los Angeles and I’ve got some links to put here. Some will be related to the fires but a lot of them won’t be. I did read see that Brandon Sheffield is in the early stages of putting together an awesome itch.io charity bundle.

So when that is launched I’ll be sure to post that around. Now on to the links!

Mutual Aid Network Los Angeles

Incredible collection of resources for mutual aid in the LA area.

Cyberpunk Project

Longstanding database of cyberpunk works.

Anti-Ricidivism Coalition

Working to end mass incarceration, I found this group because they will help donate money directly to the incarcerated fire fighters who are being drastically underpaid.

Cyberdeck Cafe

Great website devoted to sharing information about building cyberdecks. Lots of cool builds to be seen (including my TTSD-3085)!

Creeping Net's World

Love the layout of this site. Lots of great info on classic computers and video games.

Azhdarchid

Personal blog of Bruno Dias, a writer and video game designer. Love their writing style.

Monovektor

Cool website that hasn't been updated in a while. Lots of sick design inspiration.

Houdini

Website of Erik Houdini. Lots of cool stuff to look at including a virtual zine rack as well as a constant display of internet time.

A Visual Ode to blank VHS tapes

Fast Company posted a bunch of scans of blank VHS tapes for design research.

subcompact cameras

Easily one of the best sources of subcompact cameras on the internet. Unfortunately one of the sister sites is down, 135compact.com. oddcameras.com appears to still be working.

Renga in Blue

Truly inspiring website, where Jason Dyer will 'endeavor to play and write about every adventure game ever made.' And they are doing it chronologically! Love the layout, lots of great info on old adventure games.

Public Domain Image Archive

A handpicked collection of images in the public domain. Really great stuff here.

Kirkland's Manual Labor

Huge archive of scans of manuals and disc images for retro consoles including PS2.
